A New Hope…
So. This blog thing has caught my attention.
Ive started reading my friends blogs and… well… maybe I’ve caught the bug. Then again, this happens alot where I see something that might tickle my fancy, play with it for a few days, and then never touch it again. Only time will tell.
The idea of getting my thoughts out there in a place where nobody will ever read them (See, I’m realistic too!) is somewhat appealing. I rarely talk about my stance on issues, or how I see things. Maybe a Blog will be good for me. Then again, maybe I’ll get tired of not being all secretive. Or maybe I’ll never STOP being secretive. Again, only time will tell.
I guess I’ll be your first comment. I’ve been at it for over a month, yay me! I have ups and downs on how often post. The only thing that is consistent is that I am really random about what I actually post.

I was part of the “first wave” of SSSC blogs – I started one four years ago, and lots of people copied me.
It’s gone now, but every once in awhile I want to restart one. We’ll see…

Welcome! On occasion I go long times between posts … but sometimes you need a break. It’s been really fun to look back at things I’ve posted about during my time in college. I wish I had taken more pictures… Maybe now that my friends are stretching far and wide we’ll all return to blogging. Or maybe I’ll start writing letters!
Hah, Tony. You may have had the first “SSSC blog”, whatever that means, but you and I both know that my blog has been going for longer and steadier than all of your attempts combined.
Then if you count all of the “blogging” I did back in High School when it didn’t even have a name…
You young whippersnappers! In my day we had to walk six miles in the snow to do this newfangled “web log” stuff! We just wrote the letters “blog” on top of it to keep from the frostbite attacking our fingers!
Gah! Get off my lawn!
